Metric vs. Imperial catalogs = same?

Just installed TFP12pro OK from DVD

It installed Imperial catalog as expected.  But the Metric.bdb is also available (as I add the "extras" xxx.bdb's) on my C:\ drive

Wondering if the Metric and Imperial objects are the same with different dimensions applied or are there some different objects?

File sizes are 26,471 vs 26,864 which implies something more than just dimensions..unless all objects are re-done in different sizes too (not likely)

Since we cannot (at least I have not found a way) to compare the files or view the contents except one by one via TFP catalog viewer....

IMSI and/or Dave Taylor....can you comment as to any content differences....specifically are there objects of desire in one and not the other catalog...perhaps to align with local country content?

Otherwise...please advise and since I'm not ever likely to draw in metric, I would not lose anything by deleting the metric.bdb?

I always work in metric in the Impreial versions and I understood that in previous versions the only difference in the full metric version was in the name labels of the objects in the database. When you switched from one to the other, the program just simple converted the sizes/dimensions but could not do the same with the labels, hence the metric version with the changed labels.

I would imagine this version would be the same but that does not explain the file size.
