Global settings od clock in metric mode

I will not get a 24 hour clock i my global settings I have a clock run from 1 to 12 no am pm marking in the global settings and . My system is set to 24 hoer mode. When test whit diffrent time on the day it seams to work but You get not a clue if the clock is 2 am or 2 pm or 02.00 or 14.00.
It look like I can reset the clock to begin at 12 am whit enter a 0 in the clock, and then I can get diffrent time on the day, so this must be a bug in the program .

I have look at some of the dll files and some call on dlls how not been loaded then you install the program even the dlls are in the cab files on  the downloaded version.

I am using Imperial setup and clock always shows AM or PM OK (12 hr)

I have not found nor tried to change clock to 24 hr so have no idea if that is an issue...I would think it would then provide 1600 = 4pm

I'm willing to test mine if you describe your setup so I can try to duplicate

Are you setting clock at Windows OS level?

Like you I am using the metric setup but my clock is the same as Doug's 12 hour with an AM PM.

Thank's Allan and Doug. I found out that was wrong it was my setup for Time format in windows the didn't set symbol or AM and PM it was blank I have this format HH:mm:ss but you can also set symbols for be for and after none. So now is the clock OK whit both AM and PM.
