tfp

I downloaded the trial version of TFP a few hours ago and I must say I'm very disappointed. Disappointed, that is, in all the negatives that have besieged TFP from the moment it was launched. I am impressed with the program and I am hoping that all the negatives I have been reading on the various forums haven't sunk the program before it gets a go on.
Equally I hope IMSI are strong and wise enough to keep TFP in the water in spite of the lukewarm reception it has received.
Perhaps you can find better programs (no names) but they are many many thousands of dollars more and if you care you watch their forums you will see lots of complaints there too.
I was nervous to even download the trial as I assumed it was a load of rubbish. Any objective observer of the forums would assume the same but what I had assumed was a load of rubbish.
Congratulations to IMSI. They have a great program in the making and are well on the way already with it.
I'm only new in CAD but I'm sure there has never been a program that didn't come with bugs.
GO TURBO.

Negatives

There are 3 types of Negative comments.

The first is stated by those who have tried the program , have put an effort into understanding it (as opposed to old ways), and have found 'bugs' , submitted them for others to test and confirmed they are in fact bugs.

To date I have found NONE.

The second is stated by those that do not read , test or ask , think they find something wrong and immediately post it as a bug.

To date I have seen way too much of this and I am very disappointed in my fellow users.

The third is stated by those with a purposeful intent on giving the product a bad name. Most of the time they are either affilated with or a user of another competitive program. It is easy to spot them as they are new to the Forum, make outlandish statements without foundation and disappear when confronted.

To date I have my suspicisions but the Forum is too new and the users are too new to weed them out , if any are here.

This is a great program!! Don't let anyone tell you differently, I have tried a ton of them.

Stick with it and you'll be please with the results.
