You can round the corner of the top only by selecting Counter Top and adding this to the end of your cabinet. If you want to curve the cabinet underneath you could use a box and a cylinder pushed into each other to make the square and curved part, with the Counter Top to provide the top edge.
It you look through there could be some other curved corner object that could be adapted.
