Installing TFP upgrade

I received my TFP upgrade to FP 11 last night and proceeded to try and activate the trial I had installed.  I could not get the program to activate so I uninstalled the demo and did a clean install from the DVD.  I was then able to get the program activated.  It might have been the fact that this is an upgrade that I had to do this but if you have trouble activating the demo from a purchase and you have the DVD try what I did.

It works that way by design.  Sorry for any trouble it caused.  Glad you figured it out.

I'm really glad you posted this information as I was kind of wondering about this.
My DVD should be arriving soon; I used the email link they sent to me thinking my product would somehow activate... but all that did was have me re-download the trial version. A note in the email could have saved me some time. ::)
