As Allan has correctly stated, check your email for upgrade pricing offers. If you have not added
ProductNews@IMSI-Design.com to your address book, be sure to check your spam filter mailbox for the announcement. If your email address has changed from the one you used to register your software, or if you opted-out from receiving email from IMSI/Design, the IMSI/Design customer service team can assist you.
IMSI/Design Customer Service hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time. Call 1-800-833-8082 or 1-415-483-8000 outside the USA to see if you qualify for an upgrade.
Alternatively, you may e-mail
CustomerSupport@imsidesign.com. Emails are answered during normal business hours in the order they are received, typically within a few hours. When emailing IMSI/Design regarding an upgrade, please include:
- Product Title
- Platform (Windows or Mac)
- Version you are upgrading from
- Serial number of your current version
If you are upgrading multiple versions, you will need to send multiple serial numbers.
