I printed a project estimate list for my design and some items are included that should not be in my new home. Is there a way I can find why TurboFloorPlan is adding these items to the estimate? I am using TurboFloorPlan 3D Home & Landscape Deluxe v14.

You did not say what the extra things that had been included were.
Some things are automatically included because they are required if the project was to be built. For example, a brick veneer wall will have bricks, timber, mortar, metal ties (to join the bricks to the timber), nails, waterproof membrane, insulation etc.
Unfortunately I don't think you will be able to adjust this in the Deluxe version, as the functionality is limited. Some of this was also not editable in the the Pro version of V14, although it is in V15. In the image I have shown how to get to it in TF Pro V15. You could have a look, but I suspect Deluxe will not do it.
Again I am not sure what the Delux version does but in the Pro version you can also save the Estimate in Excel format (Report drop down list at top). If Deluxe will do that, then you could just delete from Excel the items you do not want to show.

Thanks for your help. Looks like I will probably upgrade to v15. Is there a way to choose an item in the list and see where it might be used? One of the things I am looking at is Standard 8" concrete blocks. I do not plan to use these in my home, but they are listed on the project estimate. I am going to use 12" blocks for my walls with a solid concrete footing/foundation. I thought that was what I was adding to my plan.

Again I am not sure what capabilities you have in the Deluxe version, but I would imagine that you can create your own walls. Right click a wall in the Catalogue, similar to the one you want and select Add Element. You can then specify your wall by chosing the Type, size etc and giving it a name. You can also select the Quantities tab and add some other details and price etc and these form part of your wall and should appear in the estimates report.
Having created the new wall, select one of your existing ones, right click and choose Select All Similar then you can right click again and select Replace. Choose your new wall and it will replace the old one and it should be reflected in the estimate report.
If you do decide to upgrade to V15 make sure you get the PRO version - it adds a lot of extra functionality for not much extra price so it is worth the difference.
