BLD files will work with TURBOFloorplan (this forum) and Envisioneer. I think 3D Home Architect version 6-8 are also compatible.
I do not know PRO.

*.PRO files are Punch files, created with Punch versions 4.0 and up and / or 3D Home Architect Versions 9 and 10--> 3D Home Architect files v9 open with any Punch Program V10 and up and V10 open with V12 and up
As I stated in my previous post, 3DHA V9 and V10 were powered by Punch but commercialized by Encore

TURBOFloorplan will open BLD files - it will not open PRO files - From what Pat said, this is a Punch format.

If you have existing BLD files how were they created in the first place?
A few years ago you asked many questions on this forum about TFP V12, so if the BLD files were created with V12, then TURBOFloorplan Home and Landscape Pro V15 will certainly open them. It should open any BLD file in theory (including Envisioneer ones)

If the existing files you have were created with 3D Home Architect Versions 6-8, then TURBOFloorplan should open them also.

If you are considering purchasing TFP V15, I would suggest the Pro(fessional) version NOT Deluxe as it has limited functionality and you may have problems opening older BLD files, especially if you had the V12 Pro version (which I think you did).

I think we can recapitulate the mentoned files' formats using the notes below, and this is independent of the new / old condition

Format--> BLD
Used by the following programs --> Turboflooplan
                                         --> Envisoneer  
                                         --> HGTV  

Format --> PRO
Used by the following programs --> Punch Programs version 4 to version 15
                                         --> 3D Home Architect Version 9 and Version 10

Regarding 3D Home Architect
3DHA versions 5 through 8 only --> visit the Cadsoft visit the Cadsoft 3D Home Architect Customer Forums --> http://174.121.83.62/forum/
3DHA versions 9 and 10 only --> visit the Encore 3DHA Forum --> http://forums.encoreusa.com/tt.asp?forumid=28
