I purchased Turbo Floor Plan in good faith, thinking that, if I need to know something, all I had to do is ask.
Apparently, Product Support down't exist.
The people in these forum know A LITTLE about Turbo, but, when it comes to finding out the deeper stuff,
I guess I'm out of luck.
Sure, it can be a incredibly great product, if you're a computer programmer. Then I wouldn't have to ask
anyone questions about Turbo Floor Plan!!

I am sorry you feel that the regular users here do not know enough to be able to help you. Do you feel that the questions you have asked so far have not been answered adequately?
You refer to "deeper stuff" that you want to know. Most of the questions you have asked so far on the forum have been reasonably basic. If you have some deeper questions, it is not possible to answer them unless you ask. I would imagine that myself and some other regular users, may know a little about it if you ask, but I am not a computer programmer. At the same time I have been using the product, and its predecessor, daily for 10 years or more and do some of the beta testing too but I have not yet needed to know any programming to be able to use it.
I also do not mind replying by email either but that way no one else learns the answers, so I think the forum is a better use of the time it takes in trying to help others.
If you have some deeper questions please ask and, if no one on the forum can help, I will find out from the program developers for you.
