In the Upstate New York region the buildings I help do designs for are somewhat traditional.
For example on the exterior we often use dental molding and for corner details we like them to be fluted.
WE als use fluting on the facia of box shaped columns.
Can any of these be created in TFP and saved as an element?
Or can they be downloaded from somewhere else?

Any chance of posting some photos of what you mean?
In the projects I work on, things are not at all decorative in that sense (except one project in a heritage precinct) so we usually do not have to worry about that sort of thing. However TFP is capable of making almost any shape you want. You can also use images maybe (similar to the ones used for Trim on walls) but they are fixed to the colour of the image unfortunately. In an earlier version (before V12) we had the ability to use just the shadows of an image and change the colour behind it. Worked well. We could not however apply a shine to surfaces so that was a pain - you had to put a sheet of glass over objects to make them reflect - far too tedious! I will stick with the later versions!!
Another option may be to create your own profile for Members - this enables you create a molding that can be used anywhere (see image below). Is something like this one of the sorts of things you are wanting to do?
If you can post some photos of what you mean it may give me or others some ideas of how to do what you want.
I have also attached a BIM file with a few things you may be able to use - a couple of member profiles too that my be useful. You may have some of the objects already. If you expand the BIM side (rigjt) during import, you can see the list of objects and just import the ones you don't already have.
