I currently have the latest TC Deluxe software and was wondering if anyone knows whether it will perform similar functions as Turbo Floorplan/Landscape. If not, what format is Turbo Floorplan/Landscape saved to? Is it compatible with TC Deluxe and vise-versa? Or, can Turbo Floorplan/Landscape be saved as pdf, DXF or DWG?

I'll give you my semi-informed reply and suggest 2 things: wait to see other replies, and go to IMSI and/or CADCourse web sites to compare capabilities and data import/export formats.
The programs have different purposes and if you want to use a screw-driver as a paint brush....well that's about what you would get using one as the other.
TCAD is a general purpose CAD drawing tool...pro version with Architecture can do what Floorplan does but with lots more manual work and yes with more design/dimension output capability. TFP very limited to do what TCAD does. TFP is a specialized architecture 3D visualization tool with limited 2D outputs. I don't know what the 3D limitations are for TCAD Dlx...but TCAD pro is good at 3D.
TFP output is not direct compatible with TCAD and vice versa...they can exchange some data with limited capabilities at each receiving end. TFP can be saved as .pdf with an added "pdf printer" (but not by itself). DWG not an export choice. DXF is a TFP output format.
Depending on what you want to do....I'd think you will need both.
i only have tc pro but i did export to dxf and then opened in tc but what good it would do I am not sure. I did it in from a 3d aspect and it did work, I am not sure how much clicking and tweaking you would have to do to make it a real tc file to work on. It did render in wire frame and hidden line, much like floorplan but again now much use its easier in floorplan. Its not like drawing it quickly in floorplan then bringing it to tc to tweak and print.
