Title: 2nd floor locked out
Post by: ibdrumn2 on June 01, 2011, 08:34:31 AM
Can someone tell me what I may have done to get locked out of my second floor? I can not select anything nor edit. I can however still add items, but once inserted, I can't edit them either. I have tried turning off the hardware acceleration as suggested elsewhere, but all that does is make things extremely slow. I have TFP15 and W7 64bit. Thanks!

I would upload my file, but the server says it is too big at 2mb.

Hi there,

TFP15 and W7 64 bit is not an issue per se (is the config I use, actually)

Try to upload a zip file
If it is still too big, delete some elements in the 1st floor so we can pick the issue at the 2nd floor

Did you experience this issue before? Can you inform the videocard specs?

Pat

I just tried deleting everything on the first floor ( saved as a different file of course) and it did not change the response of the second floor. This is the first time I have had this happen...

Hi ibdrum
Go to View Filter unchecked All locations select Second floor click on Select All  that shall fix you problem. You had activated "select none" on second floor that was the problem. By the way Great looking cottage
