When this list started there was a suggestion for a bug list....did not happen and maybe made sense then as we were newbies making mistakes. But now we have knowledgeable users and real bugs are being uncovered. Dave reports some to CadSoft. Jack helps and reports some too.

But forum users are lost unless they search and interpret problems....and we'd know if bugs are reported or not and if we as users should report bugs to this forum or to CadSoft.com....but we have had no guidance.
We have been patient but the bug list (and what is or is not a bug is not known, much less if it will be fixed, and only sometimes if there is a work around).
Dave started a bug/usability topic then locked it.
As an IT person for more than 20 years....I am organized and know how to put to rest user issues...worldwide for over 40,000 people on multiple Engineering systems. But this forum is a scattered resource. Works well for most things....but not as a bug tracker so far.
But with some simple effort...controlled by Dave and Jack...we could have a much better user experience...which sells more products when people exclaim how well they like the tool and user support. And the cost is only a few hours work a week...very low cost.
SO, please start a master bug list of known and agreed upon bugs, any work arounds, and if been reported to CadSoft....just use a "private" administrator only forum topic...lock users out....but consolidate bugs and keep us informed.
