OK so maybe you need to be a bit geeky for this but I think it is a great addition to navigating in windows...
Easy, free, plugin/prog/applet add ability for "tabs" in windows explorer windows so you can easily jump to places on you PC from an explorer window AND it adds a few handy features.
get qttabbar-v1.5.0.0b2 840K
here:

I've only used it a couple days and still figuring out all the options...

bumping this to show again....
now that I have used this for a couple months; can't imagine using PC without it,
in fact I now leave an explorer window active all day and when I shutdown PC so it opens again on start-up....with my most frequent locations saved in tab bar so access to folder locations are always easy.
While still a beta, it runs flawlessly and author thought of just about anything for this add-on.
Doug,
Excellent tip & plug-in/add-on!!!
I especially can see it coming in handy when you have to navigate through the clutter & mess of Windows file structure (to find something so simple as TFP catalogs: users, temp data, application data, blah blah blah). Now, I can save the common file folders in a 'group', and find it quickly and easily, and I don't have to go looking for it 5 minutes later.
Thanks again for the suggestion
