I have ver. 12 and use this to make my kitchen designs. I was wondering if there is a way to have the measurements of the cabinets so they show when I print out the floor plan.

Yes this can certainly be done on the plan just go to Tools > Dimensions > Linear Dimensions. Click at one end of the cabinet, drag the mouse and click at the other end.
If you cannot drag to the precise rounded dimension that you want, then Click at one end and start to drag in the direction you want the line to go, then just type the figure (if will appear in the Commander bar at the bottom of the screen) then press the Enter key. The line will be completed and you then just drag it out the distance you want from the cabinet and click to lock it in place.
If you want to do it on elevations of the cabinets that is not quite as simple but it can be done if you follow the process in the PDF in this post: http://forums.turbofloorplan.com/index.php/topic,877.0.html (http://forums.turbofloorplan.com/index.php/topic,877.0.html). The cabinet plans in the images below were done that way.
