I think you would benefit from changing the scale of those textures, the effect currently is of a dolls house. A little less saturation will bring out the texture and allow it to look more realistic.
Not trying to upset anyone, just passing on a little of what I am learning.
Groovy, Man! That retro look is far-out. I'm considering doing a house in the future sometime, with a retro/vintage flavor, with each room being a theme from the 70's, 60's, 50's, and maybe a little Victorian thrown in.
