Every time I open TFP Pro16 files the screen view is standard. When I re-open files, I would like to go directly to the views that I had set up when I last saved the file. This is common in many programs. I have multiple monitors connected which permit me to have four views open at sizes that are convenient for me to easily see detail without continually zooming (an example screenshot is attached). Is this possible ? I have drilled around the settings but have not found it yet.

A few minutes after the post I stumbled on "Templates". This may be at least a partial answer to my question. I am able to open a new file with the desired setup. I will keep trying for a little while longer before getting back to drawing. Possibly just saving my drawings as templates does what I want to do. It is kind of a word game to refer to an actual specific drawing as a "template", but if that is what it takes, so be it.
But, this will not leave my drawings in the projects folder. The template folder is located in anothe area. I am going to chew on this some more. Any and all suggestions are welcome.

I had just replied but your second post beat me slightly - here it is anyway as it probably explains it more.
What you need to do is create a blank copy of the file layout etc that you have customised (delete everything that you do not want to appear in a new project), and save it into the TFP Templates folder with your chosen name. When you start a new project you can then choose from File/ New or File/New From Template and choose any of several Templates if you have saved different configurations.
If you want the preferred customised settings to appear every time, then save the Tempate as before but then go to Settings / Program Settings / General and select this template as your 'Startup Project Template'.
That should do basically what you want I think.

I made a mistake. When I first setup the template file, I closed the file and re-opened it right away. It came up with the four windows sized and arranged just like shown in the screenshot. (at least that is what I remember). My mistake was putting the ballpein hammer back in the shop. After closing TFP (not just the file) and without the hammer within arms reach the computer & TFP have decided to open all four windows fully open. I can tile or cascade them but I still have to resize and rearrange to get the original layout. I'll let this ride while I climb some other obstacles.
