Using TFP Pro V16. I added an entry door. Once entered it included a door sill which is way too wide (perpendicular to the face of the door). This is nowhere similar to my existing door which I am trying to model in TFP. I cannot modify it. I have looked, and can't find where it came from or how to eliminate it. This happens on both of the entry doors that I have tried to insert from the catalog. The sill does not appear in the thumbnail nor can I find any value to adjust in the properties.
1. Is there some global setting that I have missed?
2. Where would this occur in the properties?
3. Can I export the door as a file, modify it , and then import it back in (even if TFP makes me put it into another category)?
4. I exported a 3D model from TFP as *.3Ds . When opened in TurboCad Pro16 and Google SketchUp v8 the sill shows up.
5. I experimented by starting a new TFP file containing a short length of wall and inserted one of the same doors. When I brought this over to SU8 there was no sill.
Since none of the doors in the catalog match the exising real door, I would probably want to export and modify anyway to match the style/appearance. Any and all suggestions would be welcomed.

The door sill, like the window sill, is part of the Wall Trim properties where you can delete, modify or create a new one of your own style. The only problem with exporting a door and re-importing it again, is fitting it into the wall. It will not cut it's own hole, so you have to do that separately and of course it wont be included in the Door Schedule/Marking or Materials list (if you are using those).
