I am looking for a TFP 3D tutor in Western Massachusetts. Have used the program for several years but am continually frustrated with glitches (catalogs that disappear, roof sections that will not render etc.).
Am willing to pay f or this service.

I'd suggest you might want to purchase a TFP CD training tutor from Jack Zimmer (see his posts here)
Or ask a few questions here as all are willing to help and learn too.
The last TFP training video I purchased put me into a catatonic state that required 6 months of therapy to leave behind. Is there anyone who uses this product near Springfield, MA??
Hi Steve,
Welcome to the forum!
I can't directly help I'm afraid, as I am exactly the opposite side of the globe to you. In fact I couldn't be any further away (which is why my replies are 12 hours later, or earlier, than everyone else!). If you don't find anyone locally, as Doug said, there are many here on the forum willing to help if we can.
Just ask.
Allan
I just had a 1-1/2 hour tutoring session with Jack Zimmer of Zimmer Design. Worked on several issues I was having with using TFP 3D Pro. Jack was most helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The session boosted my ability to get the most out of the TFP product. Also, Jack's fee for this service was very reasonable.
I would recommend his personal training to others who are having issues with TFP.
Jack can be contacted at

Hi Steve,
I would agree with you wholeheartedly. Jack has been using this program probably longer and/or more intensively, than any of us. He taught me in the early days most of what I know, via the forum, and his training videos are excellent and almost essential for those who are struggling to learn the program. You will find many of them on YouTube.
These specialised training videos are also available:

They are very reasonably priced and well worth the investment if you really want to get to know these aspects of the program.
