Not knowing how to put a picture onto a TV i put it on a photoboard.
trouble is - the video camera for animation cannot see it.

how do i get a picture into the catalogue?

Hi Rick,
If you go to the Appearance tab of the TV, select the Screen and then just right click in the list and select Add Material, you can then choose your own picture which will become part of the catalogue.
Photoboards should appear in the animation though. Did you tick the Raytrace Animation box in the Animation Properties?

i did not tick ray trace incase it slowed it down.
but now i can put my pic on the TV!
