While I'm unaware of any pre-existing designs you could have, designing beach houses is what we do...let me know what you need and we could run you up some designs.

If you bought the physical (not downloaded version) disk of TFP, it has (or an older one? can't remember) approx 1000 house plan picture views to choose from and you can use to build your own plans from the pics; use floorplan pic to trace...then adjust to make it just what you want.
