Is it possible to link walls on separate floors so that when one wall is moved the lower (or upper) wall moves as well.
Alternatively, how do you make the walls/footings on non-active floors more visible so they can be aligned with active floor walls, etc.

If you go to Workspace, under Program Settings, you can reduce Dimming percentage to make lines more visible on other layers.
You can also go to Building Aids and uncheck the option to - Select only on current location (meaning you can select on other floors without changing levels).
If you use a cursor loop, dragging a 'box' around the second floor wall, it will also select the wall on the first floor, then you must right click and select "Move', then move the wall. The first floor wall will also move.
You cannot get both walls to move without selecting the right click 'Move' option. So make sure you do that.
I do not recommend using the 'move' option to move both walls at once IF you need a specific dimension. By using the cursor loop, you lose the dimension 'pop up' that can be clicked to move the wall to an input dimension. IF you just left click the wall the dimension option works.
I would use the left click and dimension input to adjust the wall, then with the ability to select the ground floor wall and see it better with dimming lowered, you can quickly snap the other wall to center of wall that was adjusted with the dimension.
