Just wondering if there could be a sticky post of useful web-links, i.e. for 3d shapes, seamless textures etc. that people may have found on t'internet?
I'll start if you like. Here are a couple of links tat I've recently stumbled across....
http://www.polantis.com/ (http://www.polantis.com/) This is a free resource created by an architect in France. It's a repository for many company's BIM files, all sorts of high quality 3d images for you to use.
http://sketchuptexture.blogspot.co.uk/ (http://sketchuptexture.blogspot.co.uk/) A great resource for seamless textures amongst other stuff.
http://www.arcat.com/ (http://www.arcat.com/) Another free BIM site
