How to move the catalog back to the right side vertically?
Hi Rex,
The 'move hotspot' is in the top left hand corner of the Catalogue panel (Info Panel is the name used in Settings).
It is a very tiny point and sometimes hard to get hold of - see the image.

I can not get hold of the spot at all. Now sure what happened but I think I am toast. Will see if I can reinstall but don't want to lose my catalog??
Hi Rex,
If you cannot get hold of it, and apparently it is harder when it is docked at the top, then the only solution is to reinstall.
Before you do, take a backup of your Catalogue, (if you have customised or imported things), and your Textures folder (if you have added new textures). Back up your Projects folder too (if you save your projects there) just in case.
I am heading to bed now - massive day tomorrow decorating a stage I designed for a big convention in the Perth Arena.
Hope you get it sorted.

I don't know where the catalog is located to back it up??
Goo luck tomorrow
Settings / Program Settings / General tab gives a list of where all the key files are.

I find that a click-n-hold anywhere along the 1-pixel upper edge will grab the Catalog. Just below/above it, nothing happens. When you grab it, a thin black rectangle appears representing the Catalog. Seeing that your catalog is at full width, it'll probably help if you drag the right-edge of the catalog back to the left side, so it is smaller. It'll make it easier to disconnect.
I fiddled with this some more. Did you drag/expand the Catalog all the way to the left? Go to the left edge and when you see a double-arrow, grab the edge and move it to the right.
I tried for 30 minutes to grab that sucker and no luck at all. It is not expanded making it too wide. It has actually flipped and created a new pane on the top portion of the work space ... totally weird. I probably did it to myself with a fast click in a perfect spot and it flipped it somehow.

I "finally" got the SW un-installed with my Geek removal tool and the registry cleaned up. Reinstalled the SW and my catalogs and files ... all is good again ... whew!
