Post by: Giannis on February 20, 2015, 10:59:56 AM
I have problem with 2Dview, when i create locations and turn on the 2d view i see all the location together and turn me dizzy .
I s there any solution to see one location at the time or to create any contrast to locations that are inactivated?

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Yes, no problem, you can do both.

The usual thing is to make the Locations that are not in use dim, but so you can  still see them slightly. If you go to Settings/Program Settings /Workspace (I think - haven't got the computer running at present - if not try Drawing Aids or Building Aids) and change the Dimming setting (bottom of the dialog). Usually comes set to about 80% dimmed. You can go to 95% if you want.

You can also turn locations off if you want but that becomes tedious turning them off and on all the time. It is useful at times though. Go to View Filter and un-tick the box on the upper right above the position of Locations. Now you can select individual locations and turn them off or on using the Display All or Display None buttons.

Hope that helps,

Allan
