Title: What Caused This?
Post by: ahr8tch on January 21, 2008, 06:56:08 PM
After completing the major portion of the roof on my pentagon, I went back and added a carport and tried to add a shed roof porch over a patio.  The attached pic shows how one of the roof segments blew out when I changed the ends of the added roof from hip to gable.

I can fix the main roof, but I'm stumped for how to add the shed roof over the porch.

Jeff,

If you get undesirable interactions just put different parts of the model on different locations, even just a part o a roof if necessary. I sometimes have a dozen or more.

I would not put anything on the same locatins as your pentagon roof - it is too risky . He you already have them I would copy it the roof seations to their own locations before you in any further.
