I have installed TurboFloorPlan 3D Deluxe 2015 (v. 17.5). When I try to launch the program, I get a message asking for permission to "Allow this program to make changes to my computer" which I click "Yes" The message box disappears and then it acts like the program is loading and then the hourglass stops and ... nothing. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times and once I got the request to enter the activation code but now I don't even get that far. My system specs are:
Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) SP1
1.8 Ghz
6 GB RAM
Plenty of HD space left
Integrated Video (which I know is not ideal but should it not allow the program to even launch?
Thanks for any suggestions.
Hi there, welcome to the Forum! :)
This is not the normal behavior, but the video card is not related.
I know that sometimes the antivirus programs interfere with the installation. I'd suggest to uninstall and install the program as administrator, deactivating the antivirus.
If this doesn't work, your best option is to contact technical support http://www.imsidesign.com/Support/Overview
They will check your computer settings or any interference, etc.

Thanks Patricia, the Anti-virus was the issue. I thought I had messed with that before but likely not in the right order. Thanks again.
You're welcome! :)
Glad to know that the issue is solved.
