urboFLOOPLAN 3D Home Landscape Pro V15
I bought this program from ISMI years ago I have the CD and activation key that was send to me, I tried reinstall and was unsuccessful, the reason is on activation key the last figure I have is a
letter, a warning comes up saying should be a number.
This the key that was send to me:

It seems unusual that you are getting the message indicating the code is wrong but I doubt whether anyone on the forum would be able to help you with this. The code is obviously automatically generated and if there was an issue with a number in the past, it could be reissued. However because the program is so old and has even been replaced by a program that is totally different, it may not longer be possible to reissue codes. The only suggestion I can make is to contact IMSI Support direct to see if something can be done.
