What type of element should I use to model kitchen worktops?
I would like to model real equivalents, which are (European) standard 60cm wide and 2.5cm thick dimensions. These are situated above typical base units, which are designed to support worktops at a height of 90cm, and also span across the usual locations for dishwasher and similar appliances.
I am using TFP3D Home & Landscape Pro v16.
Do the existing Worktops on the cabinets not work for you? You can set the width, thichness etc and there is also a countertop only option also.
If you want unusual shaped countertops, then use the Floor to to draw the shape set the thickness,6and just elevate to the height required. In this case you would turn the automatic countertops off.

Sorry. I had missed that "Counter Top" option in the "Basic" tab of the "Base" cabinet element properties. Just what I was looking for thank you.
