Yes, you are in the correct forum. The programs TFP V17 and TFP V2015 are answered in this forum, as you can see in the title.

I never saw "about me" in a program but I saw "about xxxx" (the name of the program). Of course, TFP includes the same feature.
In the image attached, you can see the name of the program outlined in red. In the Help section, the last item is "About TurboFloorPlan 3D Home & Landscape Pro 2015... (the name of the program, outlined in blue in the image) => if you click this option, you will see a splashscreen (pointed with a blue arrow in the image) with the program information, including the version number (outlined in green in the image).
Now regarding the dimension settings, to find the settings go to => Main menu => Design => Options => 2D Options => Dimensions and Fonts.
