You are mentioning Turbocad and Deluxe 2D/3D. Turbocad is a program and TurboFloorPlan is a (very) different program
Please clarify: do you mean Turbocad or TurboFloorPlan Deluxe?

Hi there,

Yes, if you are starting with computer generated plans, probably TurboFloorPlan will be the best option.
Regarding the 2 options (Pro or Deluxe) this is a comparison chart https://www.turbocad.com/img/cms/comparison-charts/TurboFloorPlan-2015-Comparison.pdf so you can see the different features.
To see the programs in action, you can see the galleries at my website: http://www.punchhelpers.com/galleries00.htm

I'd suggest that you choose the Pro version https://www.turbocad.com/turbofloorplan/turbofloorplan-home-landscape-pro-2016.html because it includes the Fence Designer Power Tool (you can design your own fences)
If you are interested, you can buy also the training eBook https://www.turbocad.com/training-certification/turbofloorplan-training-and-tutorials-2016.html => you will find all the features explained with images and step by step tutorials.
