Although I read the lengthy text about green building, so far I haven't noticed any of the green components for things like rainwater harvesting, greywater treatment or solar. The design I am working on needs to have a full basement with all of the pipe runs, filters and so on for water treatment, plus the house design needs to have the rainwater harvesting components, like first flush diverters, cisterns, and pumps plus solar panels on the roof. Are these available anywhere?

Furnishing library => Eco-Friendly Category => select the desired subcategory => the library bar will show you the thumbnails of the objects. Or you can use the search option for the libraries
That's pretty limited. If I can ask you a related question, how do I draw water and drainage pipe runs? My rainwater harvesting/filtration system is somewhat complicated and I was hoping to use this program to draw in the basement level with all the water and solar components. So far I haven't seen anything that will accomplish that. Also, I paid an extra charge for something called an extended download but I have no clue what this is.
Of course, you can create your own additional components, pipes, using the 3D Custom Workshop Power Tool. Or import SKP or 3DS files.
Extended Download: this is something related with the program download (the number of downloads of the program you bought), so please, contact Customer Service for this issue. As I stated, this Forum is user to user, so we can't help you with this issue.
Not sure what you mean by "importing SKP or 3DS files". Is this something where I could create parts like elbows, faucets, couplings and so on? Do I just do a Google search for those types of files?
Create: yes with the 3D Custom Power Tool. You will find your Power Tools in Design => Launch Power Tool
Import => Use File => Import
SKP are SketchUp files
3DS => there are many websites offering free 3DS objects. Just google "free 3DS objects"
In my search for these files I found several videos on Sketchup 2017, one in particular on drawing pipes and fittings. It looks a lot more powerful and closer to what I need. I haven't been able to learn how I get the type of cutaway drawing I need showing the green components and don't see anything to be able to draw the somewhat complex water and drainage lines in TurboFloorPlan. I don't have the time to start from scratch with another program but there's not much point in investing time to learn a program that won't give me what I need. I guess I should have asked more questions before I bought it. Live and learn.

Can you tell me where or when did I wrote that you need to use, or learn or download Sketchup V17 or any other program or version?
I wrote "download sketchup files" => this means download of free objects developed with the program Sketchup => you can google this or go to https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/index.html => you can download free object there.
No, I was not saying you referred me to Sketchup 2017. I said in my search for the type of files you had mentioned that I ended up watching a video about adding piping. This was because when I searched for specific files of the type you had suggested the only instruction was to insert them into Sketchup, so I was trying to figure out how I could import them into TFP. That's all.

Exactly, I didn't mention the Sketchup program or the necessity of learn it.

I don't think there's any issue with TFP. The site I had gone to showed pipe but the only option was to "insert" it into Sketchup. Other sites have a download button like the one I found for pipe.
Glad to know that the problem is not with TFP. :)
