Me again, this one is about placing gutters in the program, do they exist or will i need to create a custom object? ( haven't done that one yet). The fascia that is created with the roof is there a way to specify the depth of the board? i tried to specify the rafter depth but it didn't appear to affect the depth of the fascia in the 3D view

The TFP libraries (Furnishing, Plants, Materials, etc) include a great tool that you will find at the bottom of the Libraries menu: the Search Tool => just write the name of the desired element. See attached.
Yes, there is a Gutter Kit.
You can specify the roof elements for each segment or you can add other elements in the Framing tab. Notice that the Custom roofs and the Ready to Use roofs have different options.
