Question: Ill likes to have measurements shown on the drawings, building wall height, from ground to rooftop and so on when printing the project. Wary important to the building constructors.
Haw due I do that.?

Well I have not ever actually tried to print any plans etc but I have just had a quick look and it does not seem to be possible to print dimensions on the elevation views. Even though the Elevation Properties palette has a font selector etc there seems to be no way to display or even add your own dimensions to the elevation views. You can do so on the plan of course.
Hopefully it is there somewhere and someone else can point us to it - otherwise it looks like we will just have to make a requst for it to be added.

I am not a V12 user myself but I follow the forum.
If you can export the elevation as a picture (which you must be able to do), you could use a cheap 2D CAD program to create your drawings.
What you do is this.
In your CAD program, import your elevation, draw a box with two known dimensions that are relevant to your elevation and then resize your image to the same size as the relevant dimension, you have now created a scaled elevation and are free to do what you want - add dimensions, detail etc.
If you can export as DWG or DXF - so much the better as these are vector drawings and as such are scale drawings.
If you are so minded you can trace over the elevations.

Thanks Peter - Yes this would be a practical solution. TFP will export as a BMP or DXF (2D or 3D) so as you say a CAD program could be used with the DXF export to add the dimensions. With the BMP you could even use Paint Shop Pro, PhotoShop (or maybe other paint programs) to add the dimensions to the elevation.
Not an ideal solution but may be the only one at present.

or use the exported .bmp pic file with a vector proigram such as Illustrator or Visio or even in PowerPoint or other program with easy tools...there are a few free simple vector programs (easier than CAD but not as flexible) on the www.
