Im looking at upgrading from Pro 2017 to Pro 2019 Turbo floor plan. Is/are the new features and improvements worthwhile?

That chart shows compares the features of the different versions of TFP 2019, but the question was the feature changes from 2017 to 1019. In my case, I am still on V17 because I'm not inclined to pay for an upgrade unless I know I am getting enough change to justify the cost. I know what version of the new one I will be getting, but what will I see different from TFP Pro v17 to TFP Pro 2019. (And I would assume 2020 will be released soon, as it has been 16 months since 2019 came out.)

The OP asked for the differences between Pro
2017 (not V17) to
Pro 2019 . This is a very important distinction, because V17 and V2017 are two (very) different versions.

It is not possible to compare two versions that are not consecutive, because the features are quite different. V17 was released in 2013. Before V2017, we had V2016. V2015, etc. So, these are a few suggestions:
1 - You can compare the current features and the old ones using this table https://forums.turbofloorplan.com/index.php/topic,2710.0.html
2 - You can see the current features and check if they are present in your current sw.
3 - Keep in mind that, when you update your computer (Windows or hardware) you will be getting new drivers, and old programs (such as V17, for example) are not able to read or work with new drivers.
