Title: TurboFloorPlan 3D 2019 - Drawing File is Reduced to Zero 0 Bytes
Post by: [email protected] on October 24, 2019, 12:47:01 PM
Using 2019 I have experienced the following a few times in the past weeks. (Very annoying and time wasting).
Develop a  .PRO file and suddenly find the render goes to blank screen.
If I close 2019 without saving the file, I can start again and the file is available.
If I save the file, the file is reduced to zero bytes and is useless. Windows Explorers reports the file with it's previous last date/time of a useful populated file.
This has happened to large files and to very small files.
I have no other issues with my PC.
I typically run 2019 without other software running simultaneously.
My PC is a year 2017 powerful i7 desktop from a mainstream manufacturer with no modifications.
Running Win 10 with all updates to system and software.
Help please !!

Hi Stephen,

I had exactly the same issue as you whilst running TFP2019. While I don't have a solution for your version, I asked for my money back and changed to TFP2020 v21, this has solved my issue of freezing and writing 0 bytes to the save file.

Hope this helps.
Aaron.

Hi there,

The posts above are very old (almost one year) and since then, the issue was solved for TFP V19 users, with the release of this patch.
