Title: Banner on plan sheet
Post by: J2AM on September 23, 2020, 12:17:27 PM
I am not sure that I am using the correct nomenclature  (banner).   House plans normally have an area at the bottom or side for the Designers name, description of project, scale  etc.   How does one accomplish this task?

The name of this feature is "Title Block". There are several styles, with or without frame.
You will find not scaled Title Blocks in the Templates library and you can use the shapes in the Detail Tab for the frame. You can also create your own scaled frames scaling the shapes in the Detail tab.

If you wish ready to use sets of scaled sheets (title block and borders), my Advanced Collection (http://www.punchhelpers.com/store3.html) includes different 2D and 3D scaled sets with different papers sizes, etc. Using these sets, you can print the scaled plans directly to the desired paper size, PDF, etc.
See the image attached.

Hope this helps.
