Hi Patricia,
I recently purchased an upgrade from TFPIA to FP2020 Pro v21 for Windows 10, and there are far less furnishing objects in the newer version. On the website it advertised over 5000, so I'm not sure if they're counting all the included wall colours or something. I've attached some screenshots to illustrate the library range differences.
Basically, I want to increase the furnishings range I have to choose from.
I'd like to export the entire furnishings library from my previous version and import them into my new version of TFP, is that possible? Or do I have to purchase a Furnishings object catalogue?
Thanks,
Aaron.
Hi there,
1 - If you have the Pro version, you should have received the remaining librairies. I'd suggest that you contact tech support regarding this issue => https://www.imsidesign.com/technical-support/turbofloorplan-support.
2 - In order to copy your default V2019 libraries to your V2020 program => select the elements in your V2019 library => Right click on the element => Copy to User Library => once you complete the process, the objects will appear in both User Libraries (V2019 and V2020).
3 - If you are interested, in my Punchhelpers Store https://www.punchhelpers.com/collections.html (https://www.punchhelpers.com/collections.html), I have several collections with new Objects, Textures, Cabinets, Accessories, Moldings, etc.
Hope this helps.

Hi Patricia,
I purchased the 2020 Pro version with Custom workshop pro and LightWorks.
I didn't see anything about extra libraries.
In FP Pro I do see an icon for downloadable content but it's grayed out.
I see there are FloorPlan Content packs available for purchase on IMSI Floorplan website.
Hi there,
I am just a volunteer here, so I'd suggest to check this issue with the sales department =>
