Workshop Pro doesn't have any materials only paint colors.
Is there something needed to do for installing the materials?
The standard 3D workshop has all the FloorPlan materials etc...

I will ask to my FP contact, but in order to do this, I'll need additional information: can you share information about your computer? (OS, hardware, memory, etc).

I just created a ticket and talked with my contact.
They are solving the problem in the program, however, in the meantime, they can provide a temporary solution through tech support. Please, contact them => call IMSI at 1-800-833-8082, Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm Pacific Time, for assistance. You can also email
[email protected] with your product name, version, and any other information that might help (including this thread), and they will respond during business hours.
