Title: How to change the angle of an Island?

I cannot figure out how to change the angle of an island. In my design I want to have an island that is about a 45 degree angle and I have not figured out how to adjust that. Thank you for the help.

No problem.

Select the island => Edit => Rotate => write the desired angle.
or
Select the island => use the Rotate tool (3rd icon on the left toolbar).
