Please, inform the name and version number of your program.

Also, do you mean the framing area? slab? Can you point the issue in the image?

Hi there,

Yes, it is a floor indeed.
It looks like a manual floor with the wrong elevation. Try to locate this floor / ceiling in the floor plan and adjust the elevation.
