I bought and downloaded floorplan H&L deluxe 2022 on 4/27/23. I received confirmation email and download link immediately. I downloaded from the link successfully. When I opened the program, it asks for a License Key. I have scoured the invoice and the emails I received and cannot locate a license key. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company, none of which have been responded to. So, where can I find my license key? Please and thank you.
I should add, I have also, for some reason, been locked out of my login to the IMSI website, so I cant even login to my account to see if there is a license key somewhere there.
