I bought floorplan last week Thursday. I received an email confirming my purchase and payment and gave me a download link. Upon downloading the program requires a license key that I was not given. On Friday, I attempted to call IMSI sales and support both getting no answer from either number. I then sent messages via their online "chat" tool, email and facebook as well as posting in this forum for help. I did receive a response in facebook messenger asking for my order number which I happily provided hoping this would come to an end, but have heard nothing since.
Ive tried logging into my IMSI account online, but I've been blocked for some reason. Im out of ideas and, the way it looks, Im out the $100 I paid. Does anyone have any experience getting ahold of these people?
