Hi Patricia,
I recently up-graded to a new computer and purchased the TFP-PRO v2022 program to use on that computer. I still have TFP-PRO v2017 on my older (much slower) computer. I notice that the Content Libraries in TFP-PRO V2022 are considerably smaller (less items or choices) than in V2017. Can I copy or transfer the Content Libraries from V2017 to V2022?
Also, if I need to put this into a new thread, please advise. The TFP-PRO V2022 User Guide (F1 key) doesn't appear to have any Bookmarks in the PDF. The title of the User Guide says: Home and Landscape FloorPlan 2022. Do you know if this is the correct User Guide for the TFP-RPO V2022 program?
Thanks for your help. Very nice to have someone who can answer questions. Really appreciate it.

Hi there,
Old programs (such as v2017) didn't include custom User Libraries, therefore you can't export them directly to your new v2022 program.
You can try this workaround:
Step 1: go to Documents\IMSI Design\User Library\Objects => create a new folder (say you name it "My Libraries").
Step 2: go to your v2017 program => create a new file => drag and drop the desired objects => save the file.
Step 3: open you v2022 program => open the file => select each object => open the object using the 3D Custom Workshop Power Tool => Save to "My Libraries". I always recommend to create subcategories (Bathroom, Kitchen, etc).
User Guide: what do mean by " The TFP-PRO V2022 User Guide (F1 key) doesn't appear to have any Bookmarks in the PDF"? Yes, the name is "Home and Landscape FloorPlan 2022"and there is only one guide covering all the v2022 programs.
Hope this helps.
Hi,
This is Gayle, Jeff's wife. I was able to bring in all the object files Jeff had created in the 2017 program, doing what you suggested. Worked great! What he is wanting to move (copy/ paste)the various libraries that came with the v2017 program. Those libraries seem to be much more extent than what came with the V2022 up-grade program. The new 2022 program seems to have very limited choices in the various libraries versus what is in the 2017 program. Will your work around bring those libraries into V2022? I couldn't seem to get them to be copy/ pasted using a new folder.
His second question about the PDF User guide: In the 2017 User guide on the far left hand tool bar there are icons for: Thumbnails, Bookmarks, Attachments and Model Tree. In the 2022 User Guide, there is no icon for Bookmarks, just the other three. Is there a way to add Bookmarks to this tool bar?
Thanks for your help!

Yes, indeed. You can use the same process to bring those libraries to V2022.

This depends of the settings of the PDF program opening your guide. For example, the image attached shows settings for Acrobat Pro.

Hi Patricia,
My wife is our computer guru, knowing much more than I on using Windows, Adobe Acrobat, etc. So the info you sent
me about the "work arounds" I had to ask her to attempt your suggestions on my computer. I'll ask her to try your latest suggestions this evening.
I just ordered your eBook for Turbo Floor Plan V2022 and two collections. I'm having difficulty with some of the newer features of V2022 over V2017 that I was using previously. The Sheet Layout feature is brand new and will take some real concentration on my part to learn. We have a older hp 500 Plotter that will plot up to 40" wide and I'm looking forward to plotting out my new plans in size D paper.
Thanks for your help and suggestions. Will probably have to ask again if I get stumped on something in the program.
