it only rotates at 90 degree angles
turbofloorplan ver 12 on windows XP
probably your snap setting at bottom of screen is on for "ortho" and/or for "angle snap"
turn off ortho and/or set program settings for angle snap to something like 45 degrees or 15 degrees
play with both and read in help file to see how they work together to make drawing easier when set for what you want
with both off, you can get to most any angle but its hard to drag exactly...can use the "commandeer" to type in a measurement.....but angle snap works the best.
many of the tools at bottom are there so you can easily turn them on or off as you work....because sometimes its best on or off.
i dont see such tools!
Go to Settings / Program Settings / Workspace - you may have the Commander bar and Status bar turned off.

NOPE they are both ticked. please keep trying!
You could try hardware acceleration....turn it off....but never seen your problem before
Is your window full screen or dragged below bottom of view
You should see bottom of window like attached .jpg image
Could be a faulty install?
Restart PC and TFP to see if checked settings of program then kick in OK
