Copy and paste does not exist but there is a right click Duplicate. It automatically pastes into the same location so you then click and drag to the new location.

You cannot duplicate doors and windows however but if you set a style in your catalog item you can shift click and select all of the same type of element and right click Replace with the new one.

You can right click the item in the catalog list (the one closest to the style you want) and either select Edit or Add new.  The latter is better as the original is preserved that way in case you want to go back to it.  In the Properties sheet you can change anything that is clickable (or double-clickable!).  Many things will open up further dialog boxes so try everything!  Give the new element a name that describes it best and it is then available for future projects.  When you close make sure you say YES to the prompt that says you have made catalog changes - do you want to keep them?

I have never used the wizard but this would be the same as it is generally - you would have to turn off Collision detection (Status Bar ) select all the objects and right click Rotate. Do it at right angles in the wizard and rotate later. It is only the corner cabinets that cause the problem usually if they meet an angled wall. It is certainly possible to do it at not within the wizard apparently.
