I purchased a Gateway laptop PC w/ Vista Home Premium from Home Shopping Network (HSN) and it was bundled with TurboFLOORPLAN Designer v12 and Landscape & Deck v12 software. There was an insert that contained serial numbers for each product. I was able to install the Landscape & Deck software, but trying to install the Designer software, the "Next" button is ghosted, even after entering a valid serial code. I am unable to get past that point. I have VALID serials for the software as it was bundled with the computer thru Home Shopping Network (HSN)
Please advise...

Hi - Welcome to the Forum.
This forum is a 'user only' forum - it is not actively monitored by the product manufacturer so the advise you would get here may not be directly relevant. Personally I have no knowledge of the HSN (I am in Australia), but it would seem to me that if the two products were bundled with the laptop that you should be able to get advise from them, or at least they should be able to direct you to the right contact.
IMSI Design have an installation support commitment on their website, and presumably they supplied the software to the PC distributor, so I would imagine they would be willing to help. It does seem a little strange that it was provided as two separate products, when the two are actually also available combined (V12 Pro). The integrated version seems more logical to me. No doubt there is a reason.
There may be others here who have obtained the software in the same manner as yourself, or who experienced something similar during installation that can help more.
