This is some images from my on going project. This is something I make as a hobby, it is fun to play a round whit a program as this. This is also long from that I work whit normally, I drive forklift as my work.
They have come out really well - congratulations !! The reflections are excellent - they look very realistic.
Did you make a note of the render settings, times etc?

Thanks Allan this is the setting I use.
Quality level 4, number of steps 1000, image brightness 0, update 20, enable daylight unchecked, antialiasing 4.
I add one more image.
The benches is original dwg that I covert to dxf whit AcmeCADSee then import to the catalog.
I have noted that if you have a big drawing it go faster to make a rending if you make 1 room= 1 drawing
My building is fantasy school 90x90 m and 2 floors whit a gym whit 11 m whit a wall hight indoor running track circular whit a radius at 24 m (abut 150 m length) on second floor that is over 30 Mb bld file and that take time to do anything.
That image is excellent too!! As you say a large model takes a long time to render - but it is worth the wait as your image prove.
Your settings are the same as mine except that I use Quality 5 if I have many lights and windows too. Unfortunately windows that introduce dayight cause issues - I hope the next patch/version fixes them!
The Advanced render creates the whole model, even if you are only showing one room, which is what takes the time. Have you used the Modify Viewpoint? Using that, you only render the radiosity part once, then reposition the view and do the Raytrace section, so it only takes a few moments for all the following views. As long as you change the names of the file each time in between, then you can get as many image angles as you want without doing the Radiosity again.
