I have been reading at this forum for awhile and have a question. I have used Turbo Floor Home Designer for a year or so and decided to upgrade to
Turbo Floor 3D Home and Landscape V14. I purchased at IMSI's site and downloaded it. The problem is that I enter my name, organization and serial number provided
in my e-mail conformation and the next button is grayed out. Okay, I redownloaded the program and get the same result. I didn't see anything to address this issue and wonder
if anyone has any insight as to how to make it work. I read the page about a clean install on the support page, but don't see that it applies to
my situation. thanks in advance for any information that anyone can give me. IMSI's support is only Monday through Friday so can't get any
help till then. carp61
I'm having the exact same experience. After entering registration info. and serial number, the "next" step button is not active; can only go "back" or "cancel".
I sent an inquiry to customer service. But may have to wait until Monday to hear a reply. I notice that service is only available Monday - Friday.
Was anxious to see the new version. <<sigh>>
Sounds like it may be a Monday job to clear this but it sounds like the serial or code was wrong. Did you both copy and paste the code from the email? I fno maybe you used an 'O' instead of a zero or something like that. Copy/paste is safest. I have done it twice with the trial, then 'official' version and both installed without a hitch.
There are many exciting new features, especially when you get deeply into it.

called IMSI, serial number was not even close so they gave me a new one and an activation code.
They were helpful and sorry for the error. Just wanted all to know. carp61
