I'm going to plan a Radius-end kitchen cabinet but do not find the way to do it. Is it possible?

Hi, Welcome to the Forum,
Yes this is certainly possible (almost everthing is!). I am not sure exactly what you mean by 'radius end' but I assume you mean the end of the cabinet is round or half round.
The Properties of the cabinet do not allow you to make the cabinet end itself round but you can make the top round by selecting Counter top and adding it to the end of the cabinet. If you want the cabinet under it round also you could use a round column set to the same texture or use a Cylinder that you can import into Interior Accessories. (Do a Search on "Useful Shapes" if you need more details on this). The Cylinder is what I have used in the image.
I am not sure how familiar you are with TFP so if you need any more detail how to do this just ask again.
